A part time position where i work closely with TSA canine handlers, to aid them in the detection of explosives and drugs/narcotics.

A driver and trainer at the ambulance squad. Assist the Paramedics and EMT on scene and upon arrival at the hospital.

Serve on Town Board of Directors to oversee the business of the town and to represent the best interests of the residents of the municipality. I was appointed to serve the two year balance of a councilman's term, and elected to serve a four year term with two years remaining.

Trained to maintain the integrity of flight through close quarters armed intervention in the event of a terrorist or hijacking situation. Recurrent training was required every six months and a long course every five years. This was a voluntary program and an effective deterrent.

The objective of a Captain is to foster an environment where the entire crew works together as a Team. Leadership roles take on a myriad of responsibilities to ultimately ensure that all objectives are met. Examples of the aforementioned would be making final decisions regarding the operation of the aircraft (final authority), ensuring the safety and security of all crew members, passengers, and freight on board, and all duties and responsibilities adhere to the airlines policies and procedures while complying with FAA regulations. It is my belief, strong interpersonal relations and effective communications are paramount to achieving a great flight !
