I am a young man with a great sense of responsibility and duty, during my time as a student I developed my skills in making researches and how to resolve the problems I had in front. My first job was in the legal area of San Miguel’s Hospital at the end of 2018, making contracts and resolving cases for the institute, between 2021-2022 I worked at "Montes Vargas" office, providing assistance to the clients and finally, I was a member of the third civil court house during January to July of 2023.

- During my time i signed more than 100 contracts regarding on matters like Adjustment of status, Special immigration juvenile area, Citizenship and others.

- On late 2023 I was selected to work in Expertha S.A de C.V i company who works with several legal offices in the united stated, during the selection process i was assigned in The Miguel Elias Law office.
- Being placed on the SIJ Immigration office, an area specialized on handle with the immigration cases of many children under 18, trying to provide them with the Special Juvenile Status.
- During my time in the office i drafted several Juvenile petitions by writing them, gathering documents, being in touch with clients and recovering their billing.
- Also, one they had a courtdate i informed them about the date and set a preparation meeting in order to have everything ready.
- At the same time i colaborated with the elaboration of several motions: Like motions to terminate, motions to dismiss and others...
- Finally i was tasked with the duty to make interviews with clients to create a report of the economical situation.
- In the end, i drafted and sent a list of the majority of SIJ Clients and their status.
- Expertha S.A de C.V is a company that works with several legal offices in the United States.

- During the process of the jury practice, i was assigned to the third court house of civil rights, on where i collaborated in different tasks like attention to the customers, locating files, elaboration of various documents and also have the task to put in order some archives of the institute.

- In order to obtain the Lawyer ID, i spent one year in courts of the legal system, resolving three 'Habeas Corpus' process, which consisted in investigate and find if the victim was taken in custody according the law or not.
- 10 Audiences on where i was an assistant of the lawyer who was representing the accused person.
- And finally i worked on the third court house of civil rights on the city of San Miguel, to make fifteen resolutions.

- During the months between February 2022 to September of the same year, i was assigned as the executor judge of the three process of Habeas Corpus.
- During this time i investigated the three cases going to the places on where the sued persons were located and i took their information, based on it and confronting with the previous investigation i was able, to provide a resolution to the three cases.
