- Helped to developed a NGO (Sana mi Corazon) , to assist the cardiovascular program that helps many children for surgeries and cath procedures.

- Been part of missions outside the country as principal cardiac surgeon in missions (trough Gift of life International in Dominican Republic, and the Philipines).

• Contributed expertise in complex cardiovascular cases as part of a regional referral center for advanced cardiac care services.(we get patients from Nicaragua, Guatemala and Honduras).

• Part of the medical Olympic staff commiittee of El Salvador at the following events:
