- Established electronic product location controls, making fabric preparation more efficient to move 37,000 kgs by day for the dispatch area.
- Established 3 rotating shifts of personnel for the dyeing house area, reducing production blockages due to lack of supply from 30 hours a day to 3 hours per month.
- Achieved reliability levels of physical inventories above 99%, reaching efficiency for product deliveries to different sales areas and production processes.
- Implemented low turnover inventory level controls, managing to keep inventories more than 90 days old below 10%.
- Distribution of fabrics and yarns at Regional Level: Outsourced 80% of the distribution to increase the weekly fabric dispatch capacity from 160,000Kg to 225,000Kg with the same human resource.
- Negotiated to maintain standard freight rates during the last 5 years of my administration.
