The Way Corps is the corporate leadership training program of The Way International. This program was established in 1970 to train men and women for management roles in The Way International. Management roles primarily include State or Area coordinators and Region and Country coordinators. Upon completion of the corporate trainee program I returned to El Salvador to take on a greater leadership of The Way International's affiliate (IMC). The greater responsibilities includes the role of a vice-president as a non-profit organization in El Salvador, handling finances, translations, travels to different countries for educational matters and more.
