To help people who is having troubles in our assigned area, I worked for Expedia and Play Station US. I talked to people who wanted to modify their vacation plan, hotels, activities, flights, etc. I also helped people planning and booking their vacations. At Play Station US, mostly oriented to technical support. I had to develop customer service skills and apply them in the job and in my daily life. This took me to take a short term training to handle GDS.
