I'm from El Salvador and I’ve built my experience in both customer service and hospitality. I worked at Concentrix and TELUS as a call center agent where I learned how to handle clients in English, solve problems quickly, and stay calm under pressure. I also worked as an English teacher for over a year, and I currently run my own small restaurant, where I prepare food, mix drinks, and attend to customers daily. I'm bilingual in Spanish and English, with a basic level of French, and I have a technical high school diploma in Hospitality, Tourism, and Culinary Arts. I'm passionate about creating good experiences for people, and I’m excited to work in an international environment like a cruise or hotel.

Service-oriented individual with a strong passion for childcare, with over a year and a half of experience as a church volunteer working with children from 3 months to 12 years old. I have prior experience interacting with children, standing out for my empathy, patience, and attentiveness to their needs.
