Overall Description:

• Manage Client relationship to leverage Applaudo capabilities that fits and empower Technology Gaps in our clients. I serve as a liaison between Stakeholders, Product Managers, Technical leads and translate business needs to our internal team

Main Responsibilities:

• Keep integrated all Applaudo internal areas to adapt as needed based on NDA, MSA and SOW's agreements
• Billing and invoice control, Project planning, budgeting for new initiatives
• Manage large operations through direct structured delegation among different roles (Principals, Team Leads that represent Front-End, Back-End, DevOps, Product Owners, Service Delivery Leaders and Managers and among other functional roles)
• Risk Management: Mitigate risks that might impact Product Roadmap. Change Management
• Facilitate project objective and scope understanding so that architecture solution proposed client side (if any)
