I've been working as a call center agent since 2019
I started at 7-11 facilities maintanance and then the account was merged with speedway back then in 2022 which it's another convenience store
Later on, they gave me the opportunity to work in IHG International hotel groups it was waha (work from Home) and it was the best experience, I was making reservations and amend or modify reservations of each guest
Then, the account was moved to Philiphines and then I was moved on to Chime which it's a NEO bank
I was a supervisor taking escalations as well and helping each member to provide a resolution about their financial concerns
