Description:
Wireless swap from another vendor to Huawei, it involved a complete site reconstruction related to RAN and power, as project TD the main tasks were related to supporting different activities as planning, coordination and team management. Involved since the early stages of the project settings rules for remote team delivery to optimize processes as material request, swap scenarios, remote configurations.
The project also includes installation and commissioning for controllers in GSM and UMTS, along with the OSS solution which provides a tool for monitoring and management of the network.
Project name: "El Salvador Milicom Network Evolution Project", LTE deployment (16 Phases) & Phoenix Project for Tigo.

From Wireless Engineer to TD, multiple activities are supported in all Wireless projects with this customer.
Knowledge in multiple implementation, involving Wireless OSS, LTM, NETECO, NCE and Core MAE. "El Salvador Milicom Network Evolution Project", Wireless Engineer support, in several activities involved within this project, as for example, Integration of 2G,3G & 4G Sites,Carrier Expansion, GU swap including modernization, Rehomming, RNCs & BSCs KPIs reports, preventive maintenance, capability expansions, Several upgrades to the mobile network, Transmission migration from ATM or hybrid to Full IP, Roll-out & Delivery, control of network's inventory, troubleshooting of existing problems in order to keep on with the KPIs set forth by customer.
