Description:
Wireless swap from another vendor to Huawei, it involved a complete site reconstruction related to RAN and power, as project TD the main tasks were related to supporting different activities as planning, coordination and team management. Involved since the early stages of the project settings rules for remote team delivery to optimize processes as material request, swap scenarios, remote configurations.
The project also includes installation and commissioning for controllers in GSM and UMTS, along with the OSS solution which provides a tool for monitoring and management of the network.
